You Are Not Alone. This Is a Universal Shift.

Nearly 60 percent of new businesses today are being started by women over 40.
Not as an act of reinvention, but as an intentional move toward agency and ownership of their life’s work by entering the world of entrepreneurship.

These are women who understand how organizations function.
Who know how decisions are made and how influence is built.
Who are no longer waiting for permission to act or space to open.

This shift is not driven by novelty or ambition alone.
It is driven by experience paired with a deeper question: What do I want my work to stand for now?

For many women, entrepreneurship is not about control for its own sake.
It is about alignment.
It is about using hard-earned wisdom in ways that feel meaningful, visible, and wholly owned.
It is about choosing work that reflects values, contribution, and impact—not just output.

As traditional corporate models lose their grip on stability and relevance, experienced women are stepping forward to build businesses that allow them to lead with purpose, clarity, and intention. The opportunity is real. But the structures that once conferred authority, credibility, and trust no longer exist by default.

That gap is not personal.
It is universal.

And closing that gap—between expertise, purpose, and intentional visibility, and that is exactly what this intensive is designed to do.

Meet the Facilitators

Suzette Cotto, CEO & Founder, Innovate LAUNCH

Suzette Cotto brings over 25 years of experience in digital strategy, including work with world-class internet technology companies, along with more than a decade building and leading Innovate Social Media LLC. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, discernment, and practical application, helping experienced professionals understand how digital visibility, trust, and lead generation actually function inside real businesses.

Suzette is also the creator of the Innovate LAUNCH Framework, a strategic approach explicitly designed for accomplished women professionals transitioning from corporate leadership into entrepreneurship. The framework provides a clear, intentional structure for building visibility and making informed decisions about how digital tools support growth. LAUNCH is built for entrepreneurs who already have expertise and a viable offer, and who want a grounded, strategic way to bring their business to market with clarity and confidence.

During this intensive, Suzette draws on the LAUNCH Framework to anchor the day’s work, introducing the strategic foundations that support an intentional digital presence and effective lead generation. Deeper implementation of the framework is reserved for the optional cohort that follows the intensive.

Ramona Kossowan

Ramona Kossowan specializes in emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, and internal readiness. Her work supports high-achieving individuals as visibility and responsibility increase, helping them remain steady, regulated, and decisive so growth is not undermined by hesitation, overwhelm, or internal friction.

Together, this leadership and strategy combination gives you the edge: clear thinking, grounded decision-making, and an intentional digital presence that builds trust before a sales conversation ever begins.

Dr. Lori McDowell

Dr. Lori McDowell holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering and brings analytical rigor and systems-level thinking to leadership strategy, authority, and executive decision-making. She is a Past President of the Women’s Energy Network, where she led at the organizational level within a highly complex, regulated industry, strengthening governance, leadership development, and strategic direction.

Beyond her organizational leadership work, Lori is an international speaker who brings a distinctive blend of strategy, insight, and intellectual clarity to stages, workshops, and keynotes. Her work supports leaders in eliminating burnout, navigating reinvention, and developing the internal authority required to lead without titles, hierarchy, or institutional permission.

Lori is also the author of The Reinvention Mindset, where she combines personal experience with practical frameworks for turning adversity into opportunity. The book serves as both a strategic guide and a leadership lens for those ready to refocus, reinvent, and lead with confidence and purpose.

What This Day Is

For some women, the clarity gained in this one day is enough to proceed independently. For others, continued structure and guided implementation are helpful. For that reason, an optional cohort experience will be available after the intensive for those who want support applying the work in a more sustained way.

Participation in the cohort is not required, but it is recommended for those who want guided implementation of the core activities that establish a solid business foundation and marketing that drives sales. Cohort registration is available during checkout.

This day stands on its own.

FAQ's

Why This Matters Now

If you wait, nothing dramatic will happen.
That’s the problem.

What happens instead is slower and more costly.

You continue showing up inconsistently online because you’re unsure what actually matters. You second-guess visibility decisions. You invest time, money, or energy into efforts that don’t compound. You stay busy, but traction feels delayed and harder than it should be.

This intensive exists to interrupt that cycle before it becomes your operating norm.

Right now is the moment where strategic clarity matters most,  before habits harden, before noise becomes routine, and before misaligned visibility creates confusion about your value.

What This Intensive Prevents

This day is designed to help you avoid:

  • Building a digital presence that feels disconnected from how you want to lead

  • Wasting months experimenting with tactics that don’t fit your business

  • Over-functioning online because strategy is unclear

  • Entering sales conversations without confidence in your positioning

  • Burning energy trying to “keep up” instead of moving intentionally

These costs don’t show up on a balance sheet,  but they quietly delay momentum, erode confidence, and make growth feel heavier than it needs to be.

What Changes Because You Attend

You stop trying to make meaningful work land in a marketplace that cannot see it. Instead, you gain clarity around how your experience, values, and expertise must be positioned in order to be visible, understood, and trusted. Without the right positioning, even the most passionate and purpose-driven efforts struggle to find an audience, and work without an audience is not sustainable.

As clarity replaces guesswork, your decisions about visibility, messaging, and direction become intentional rather than reactive. The noise quiets. Your presence sharpens. What ultimately changes is not just how your business shows up, but whether the work you care about most can be received, supported, and sustained in the real world.
