I Know the Game—And I Know How It’s Rigged

For more than 25 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy, guiding global brands through the chaos of digital change long before “digital transformation” became a buzzword. I’ve seen how smart systems, structure, and focus separate companies that thrive from those that stall.

And I’ve also seen how these women faced a different set of rules. We're not apologizing. We're not asking. We're taking control of what's ours.

From Boardrooms to Big Screens

As an Associate Producer of the Emmy-nominated documentary Pioneers in Skirts, I helped tell the story of women whose ambition was slowly chipped away, not by lack of ability, but by facing barriers their male counterparts never even saw. The film was featured at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women’s CSW65, SXSW EDU, and the Women Deliver Global Conference, where the world leaned into our conversation about ambition and equity.

I know the feeling of working twice as hard for half the recognition. I know the exhaustion of that “chipping away” year after year. And as a Boomer on a mission, I’m here to help women stop settling, stop waiting, and finally get what we want.

Why I Built LAUNCH

I created LAUNCH because we don’t need another pile of generic advice. We need clarity, a proven framework, and a supportive community that understands what it’s like to build our next chapter with experience and ambition already at our backs. LAUNCH is about turning decades of grit and expertise into a business that finally works for us.

At the center of this framework is Launch 101, the starting point for all things digital. It’s designed to be part of our foundational business plan so we can move forward with a realistic path, not theory. Launch 101 helps us build the digital backbone of our businesses while avoiding wasted time and unnecessary costs.

Our mission is simple: to help women skip the wasted time and tech confusion, and instead move forward with confidence, relevance, and impact.
