These services are designed to offer guidance and proven frameworks, but results will vary based on your personal effort, dedication, and ability to implement what is taught.

Payment Terms
All payments are collected through Kajabi Pay via a secure, encrypted portal. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards.
You may choose to securely store your credit card information for recurring payments or future purchases. If you opt to do so, your payment data is not stored by Innovate Social Media LLC but is managed and encrypted through Kajabi Pay’s secure payment processing system, which meets industry standards for data protection and PCI compliance.
Financing Options
For select courses, we offer the option to finance your purchase through Klarna, a third-party payment provider. If you choose this option at checkout, you will be redirected to Klarna’s secure portal to complete your payment plan. All financing terms, including repayment schedules and approvals, are subject to Klarna’s policies and credit evaluation process. Innovate Social Media LLC does not control or influence Klarna’s lending decisions.
Monthly Subscriptions
Subscription products (including the LAUNCH VIP Community and newsletters) are billed on a month-to-month basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your renewal date.
There are no refunds offered on subscription products, even if you choose not to access or use the materials.
Webinars and Course Bundles
Webinar and digital course bundles are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. To request a refund within that timeframe, please email us at [email protected]. Refunds will not be granted after 30 days for any reason.
Access and Use
Upon purchase, you will receive access to your digital products through our Kajabi platform. You agree not to share your login credentials, distribute content outside the platform, or resell access to any part of the LAUNCH with Innovate program. All materials provided—including videos, worksheets, checklists, downloads, and course modules—are the intellectual property of Innovate Social Media LLC and protected under U.S. copyright laws.
Community Guidelines
If you are a member of our digital community, you agree to participate in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner. Harassment, promotion of unrelated products or services, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without a refund.
No selling of products or services within the community is allowed. If any member is found using the community space to promote, pitch, or sell their own offerings—whether through direct messaging, posts, or replies—their membership will be terminated immediately and no refund will be granted for that month of service.

Modifications and Termination
Innovate Social Media LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the program indicates your acceptance of any modifications.
We also reserve the right to terminate access to any user who violates these terms or uses the content in an unauthorized or unethical manner.
